Adult ADHD Support Group

We meet on the first Monday of the month from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at:

Our meetings are  friendly and loosely structured. We exchange information, talk about issues related to adult ADHD, and have a good time.  All meetings are confidential, no judgements are made, and no issues are too delicate.

Whitby Hidden Impairments Self Help Group

The Aim Of The Group Is To Provide:

	Support,
	Information,
	Raise awareness,
	Advocate for change, and
	Provide activities that are of interest to people with Hidden Impairments.
	This self help group is open to all people with or without a diagnosis who believe they , or a family member  may have a Hidden Impairment.

A Hidden Impairment can include:

 

	Asperger Syndrome,
	Dyslexia,
	Dyspraxia,
	ADHD,
	Tourettes.

The  group will provide an opportunity for you to share information,  get support and to meet and talk to others about your experiences.  Everything will be taken at your own pace.
